Duncan Soutar of St. Andrews, Scotland, is a family run business. Their aim is to give quality products to any piper (novice or professional). All their bagpipes come with a lifetime warranty. They offer the highest standards of craftsmanship.
Your Soutar bagpipes will be shipped to you ready to play and personally prepared by Celtworks. They will be fitted with a synthetic bag, velveteen cover, silk cords, and Soutar drone reeds as standard issue. All bag and reed combinations are available on Soutar pipes; please email celtworks for details.
